After-sales service

After the equipment is installed and tested, Jewel will send professional technicians and technical engineers for on-site debugging and training.
Provide teaching and on-the-job training to user equipment management operators.
During the warranty period, a preventive maintenance plan will be developed for users, and local Jewel service technicians will be dispatched to provide door-to-door service once a month as planned.

  • After the equipment is used normally and reaches the warranty period, if the equipment fails (not caused by human factors), only a reasonable cost will be charged. The promised response time within the warranty period is 4 hours. Take the initiative to conduct routine inspections once a month.
  • After the warranty period, we will assist users to formulate detailed equipment maintenance plans and perform regular maintenance on the equipment.
  • Jewel after-sales service guarantees 24-hour service.
